It is in the heart of the Gorges-du-Tarn, at the entrance to the small village of Blajoux, on the banks of the river, in the heart of nature, very far from the tumult, that Clochette's workshop is located. Much more than a simple place of creation, it is a true sanctuary where unique and ethical pieces are born that enhance your daily life.
In this little remote paradise of Lozère, original creations are created with passion. Each item, meticulously handcrafted, embodies the perfect marriage of aesthetics and functionality. Elegant handbags, refined napkins, charming pouches, practical bread bags, and delicate soap pouches are just a few examples of Geraldine's endless ingenuity.
At the origin of this adventure, an unwavering passion since childhood and inexhaustible at any time of the day or night for sewing and
“fang-fang” scissors.
In 2018, the opening of a Facebook page “just to see if it works” entitled Clochette et Coupon® was born.
This need to make a childhood dream come true, stronger than anything, gives birth in 2021 to a craft business that continues to grow.
Since April 2023, Clochette et Coupon® has become a registered trademark, registered with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property).
The adventure continues in 2024, with the title of Artisan d'Art.
Expertise
Clochette's passion extends beyond creating unique objects. She also aspires to pass on her know-how, thus perpetuating traditions as an Artisan (p.46)
Concerned about perpetuating our French heritage in terms of sewing, each of its creations is the result of expertise acquired over time. Each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering passion for authenticity.

But what makes these creations even more valuable is their commitment to sustainability, ethics and Made in France.
Each item is conceptualized through the spectrum of an eco-responsible approach which invites the consumer to eradicate disposable items from their daily lives.
The raw materials are chosen with care, the suppliers are French companies, thus favoring the short circuit.
All fabrics have at least Oeko-Tex* certification and for a large part of them, REACH** and even GOTS***.
The spelled husks that stuff indoor cushions, zafus and half-moon cushions are sorted, cleaned and certified organic.

Design
When a brand new piece is born…
One of the specificities of Clochette and Coupon® is the authentic, unique and very personal creation of each of the patterns which germinate with the wind in Clochette's head.
Let her tell you….
“Here there is no copy or reproduction...Each article that sees the light of day is a specific creation which then becomes a registered model.
Initially only visualized, I make a new piece take shape through a prototype, often in a fabric that appeals to me at the moment. This step takes between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the model, so that every detail is thought out, revised and the item is practical to use!
Then comes the patterning, which will allow the piece to be reproduced identically.
For certain prototypes, they will even be tested for several weeks (unwanted use, washing, etc.) so that my quality commitment is consistent with what I wish to offer my customers.
Once you have completed this entire route, it will be time for the photo shoot. Find the right lighting, the right staging, the accessories.... and then to finish the framing retouching (and only framing, I never retouch the colors) so that the article is most beautifully highlighted.
Several hours, even several days later, here it is finally before your eyes here on this site to my greatest happiness, the work is completed.
All I will then have to do is enjoy composing with the colors, fabrics, patterns and make the machine purr to reproduce the beloved model and create unique items.
